  50.    author with a copy of each new catalog where the software is listed.  The

  89.       BLANKs is a DOS-based, resident utility which blanks the screen after a
  90.       selectable time interval without keyboard, mouse, or video activity; an
  91.       interval as short as 1 minute or as long as 60 minutes can be selected.
  92.       Selecting 0 minutes disables the timed screen blanking.
  93.  
  94.       BLANKs also provides options for parking the hard disk(s) upon blanking
  95.       of the screen; for manual screen blanking if a (user-defined) hotkey is
  96.       pressed or a (user-defined) mouse button is clicked and the mouse is at
  97.       a (user-defined) corner of the screen; and for the use of a password to
  98.       unblank the (manually blanked) screen.

  100.       BLANKs is a (terminate-and-stay) resident program which can be executed
  101.       repeatedly to change its parameters without yielding multiple copies to
  102.       memory. It consists of a resident component, that contains the code for
  103.       video blanking/unblanking and for parking the disk, which occupies less
  104.       than 1 KB of RAM, and a nonresident component, which loads the resident
  105.       component, communicates with the resident on further program executions
  106.       and provides other ancillary video services.

  108.       BLANKs requires MS-DOS version 3 or higher, or a compatible DOS system.
  109.       Although not compatible with WINDOWS, BLANKs can be configured to avoid
  110.       conflicts with WINDOWS 3+.
